The first person to be screened was Akeredolu and he confirmed his participation in the exercise on his Facebook page.
Apart from Akeredolu, others who were said to have been screened were Joseph Iji, Chief Odimayo Okunjimi, Chief Olayide Adelami, Chief Isaac Kekemeke Duerimini and Chief Olusola Oke. Unlike previous exercises, which took place at the party’s National Secretariat, the Wednesday’s exercise took place at an unnamed hotel in Utako District, Abuja.
“As a party, we do not have the luxury of time to begin to revisit matters that have already been settled. We have to move forward. The committee was left with no choice but to make progress.”
