Olu of Warri's wife hails husband's CFR honour - Punch Newspapers

“This morning, I watched with great joy as this beacon of hope that I’m privileged to support became one of the youngest Nigerians to be conferred with the rank of CFR.

“The President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, His Excellency, Muhammadu Buhari, GCFR, formally conferred the National Award of Commander of the order of the Federal Republic of Nigeria on the Olu of Warri, Ogiame Atuwatse III at the International Conference Centre, Abuja. “This is no small feat and such a great honour. Join me today in celebrating our magnanimous modern monarch.”

During the ceremony, 447 citizens and foreigners labelled as “Nigerians and Friends of Nigeria,” received various honours ranging from the Grand Commander of the Order of the Niger and Federal Republic Medals.All rights reserved.
