The Olowu, Ajibola and others petitioned Governor Dapo Abiodun over the donation of the property owned by a foremost banker, Fola Adeola, within the area as an isolation centre.
“Your Excellency, the community comprises retired and aged residents and other vulnerable individuals whose health and well-being would be most negatively affected by the potential conversion or citing of isolation centre in the neighbourhood. “It is in view of the foregoing that we most humbly appeal to you to use your good offices as the executive governor of Ogun State to cause the immediate stoppage of the use of the facility as COVID-19 isolation centre due to potential health-related disasters that it might cause to vulnerable residents and generality of the community.”All rights reserved.
