Armed forces r stationed all over d Niger Delta so theft happening right under their nose. Not rocket science to conclude that collusion going on btw thieves & security forces daily at such scale on daily basis. Surely theft is not by Jerry cans but in tankers, barges & ships
And d government can't do anything about it for these are official thieves with offices in Abuja. Even their offices are closer to Aso rock villa! God help u sir has u try or not try to solve dis problem dat is beyond ur capacity. Come why tell us. Are we d commander in chief?
