David Bamgbose, the Peoples Redemption Party’s governorship candidate in Ogun state, is dead.He died on Friday at the Sacred Heart Hospital, Lantoro, Abeokuta, after a brief illness.
Oduntan Olayemi, his personal assistant, as saying his principal was complaining of tiredness on Thursday.“We opted for the state hospital, Lantoro because of the urgency and he was admitted at the emergency ward where he was administered oxygen till today ,” Olayemi reportedly said.“I was at where I went to get him some prescribed medication that he has passed on.”The professor, who was formerly in the Peoples Democratic Party , is survived by Mary, his wife, and six children.
