Operatives of Ogun State Police Command have arrested two suspected armed robbers in Mowe area of the state who were coming

Operatives of Ogun State Police Command have arrested two suspected armed robbers in the Mowe area of the state who were coming from robbery operations in Ogbomoso, Oyo State.

The two men, on a motorcycle, were accosted and stopped for questioning by the police team because of the suspicious manner they appeared. On interrogation, they confessed that they were coming from Ogbomoso in Oyo State, where they had gone to carry out a robbery operation. The suspects, who claimed to have met at Oba Correctional Centre, while serving different jail terms, confessed to robbing their victims with cutlass and other dangerous weapons.
