They were reportedly apprehended while on their way driving the said vehicle to Imo State.
According to Oyeyemi, the suspects had abandoned the car and fled when the vehicle was stopped for routine check at about 11:30 pm. However, the police went after them, got them arrested and took them to Ewu-Oliwo division for proper interrogation.
