The Olu of Ilaro and Paramount Ruler of Yewa land, Oba Kehinde Olugbenle on Saturday, urged the governorship candidate of the Allied People’s Movement in Ogun State, Hon. Adekunle Akinlade, to withdraw his petition against Gov Dapo Abiodun of Ogun State at the Supreme court.
Akinlade, who is a Yewa man from Ipokia Local Government, contested head to head with Abiodun, with less than 20,000 votes margin. Akinlade’s Supreme Court move, DAILY POST reported, has been generating reactions from the the Segun Osoba-led faction of the All Progressives Congress in Ogun.
