The All Progressives Congress candidate for the March 9 governorship election in Delta, Chief Great Ogboru, yesterday described last weekend’s guber and house of assembly polls in the state as the worst in 20 years.
Ogboru argued that the number of votes cast in the state did not tally with the accredited voters in INEC’s database.
