The 92nd meeting of the National Executive Committee of the party, which held two weeks ago, had ordered the leadership of the party to begin preparations for the October national convention.
MEANWHILE, the Senator David Mark-led peace committee has informed the governors that all parties to the PDP crisis have agreed to withdraw cases from courts. The meeting, it was further learnt agreed to present all harmonised issues to the 93rd meeting of NEC which holds at the PDP national secretariat today.
The last NEC meeting had asked organs and caucuses of the party to nominate persons for appointment into those committees.
