Peter Obi, presidential candidate of the Labour Party , says he can’t condemn the Eastern Security NetworkSpeaking on Monday at ‘The Candidates’, a presidential town hall series, the former governor of Anambra said the rise of agitations in parts of the country is a result of leadership failure.
