Represented by Teslim Igbalaye, the Secretary to the State Government during the swearing-in and opening ceremony of the 2024 Batch B Stream I Orientation programme, at the NYSC permanent orientation camp, Ede on Tuesday, Governor Adeleke said obedience to the clarion call is to contribute your quota to the integration, development and unity of the nation. Adeleke added that it is a testament to their love and patriotic zeal for Nigeria.
They also represent solemn commitments to the unity, peace and progress of our dear nation. As Corps Members, you play a vital role in nation-building and by taking these pledges, you affirm your dedication to the service of Nigeria. I urge you therefore to take these pledges seriously as you embark on your service year.' The governor also assured the corps members that their state government remained steadfast in ensuring their security and welfare throughout the service year.
