Ekweremadu made this pronouncement during a visit to the players and officials of the club.
The newly appointed commissioner praised the management, coaches, players, and other backroom staff of the club for all they have been doing to ensure that the club maintains its top status. Ekweremadu, however, promised to speed up the rehabilitation of the turf at Nnamdi Azikiwe Stadium ahead of the new season.
