Northern youths pass vote of confidence on Tinubu’s polices, appointees

President Bola Tinubu has received a vote of confidence from youths across the 19 Northern States for demonstrating commitment to the socio-economic advancement of the region. The youth leaders from the 19 Northern States, who converged in Abuja for a two-day conference to deliberate on the state of the nation, presented their findings in a communique during a media parley on Tuesday.

“President Tinubu’s signing of the Student Loan Act, 2024 to enhance the implementation of the Higher Education Student Loan Scheme by improving the management structure of the Nigerian Education Loan Fund ,” it said. “President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has displayed purposeful leadership in the country’s governance with recognition of the strategic importance of northern Nigeria, hence the appointment of credible northerners in strategic leadership positions in the country. “The Federal Government’s appointments into positions have, therefore, been fair to the North, which has helped maintain the spirit of fairness that Nigerians expect from the leadership of their country.

“The northern region will support President Bola Ahmed Tinubu if he seeks reelection in 2027, and the north will vote massively for him,” they added.
