The Ogun State Government says it plans to detect and reduce Human Immunodeficiency Virus in the state before 2025.

Coker spoke during the HIV intervention programme by the National Agency of the Control of AIDS at Ode-Remo, in the Remo North Local Government Area.While declaring the programme open, the Health Commissioner described the empowerment as parts of a way to curb the spread of HIV in the state. She however revealed that the government is embarking on early detection of the disease so reduce it in the state.
