No court shared late First Foundation boss assets – Counsel

The solicitors in a letter dated September 13 clarified that while the court granted certain orders, none of the orders awarded any portion of any asset to any party in the suit.

According to the certified true copy of the court paper, some of the orders granted are include, “The second respondent/proposed defendant, whether acting by itself or through its servants, agents and/or privies or whosoever acting on its behalf or authority, is hereby restrained from recognising the third respondent/proposed defendant as entitled to commit contractually or otherwise run the first respondent/proposed defendant or deal in the assets of the first respondent/proposed defendant as...

“The third respondent/proposed defendan,t whether acting by herself or through her servants, agents and/or privies or whosoever is acting under her instruction, is hereby restrained from dealing or otherwise running the affairs of the first defendant/proposed defendant, dealing with the assets or seeking to perfect any legal instrument with the aim of alienating, transferring and ultimately dissipating the assets of the first defendant/proposed defendant or interfere in the business undertaking...

In the case with suit number FHC/L/CS/900/2021, the first and second applicants are Miss Tomisin Ajayi and Mrs Helen Prest Ajayi; while the first, second, third and fourth respondents are First Foundation Medical Engineering Company Ltd; Registrar General, Corporate Affairs Commission; Mrs Oluwayemisi Ajayi; and Patrick Abak, respectively.
