Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, which would turn to bloodshed of Igbos during the forthcoming burial of the parents of Nnamdi Kanu.
“Ohanaeze youths will not tolerate any form of intimidation, harassment, provocative show of force, arrest and killing of any Igbo Man under the guise of maintaining peace where there’s no crisis. “We urge the commissioner of Police, CP. Okon of Abia State Police to withdraw his threat of unleashing mayhem against his citizens, and tactically tender unreserved apology to IPOB.
The group, however, called on IPOB to jettison any provocation that would turn the burial of the parents of their leader, Nnamdi Kanu into a bloodshed of innocent citizens of the state.
Why not let them deploy Biafra military to handle the burial ?
It has become a norm to bully the Igbos to tow the part of peace since 1943, 1954, 1966- till date and when they resist they are tagged the violent ones. We all see what is playing out in the middle belt and southwest they are now crying too, don’t worry this is just the start.
Toeing the path of peace and not flexing muscles will serve better.
Discountenance the use of IPOB members. Ohaneze is the one trying to break the Law here, IPOB is proscribed. Attend burial as Ohaneze Indigbo, sons daughters of Igbos and friends and sympathisers of Nnamdi Kanu. Give peace a chance and prevent loss of life.
