NIM and NPC have partnered to improve productivity and capacity building in Nigeria. The MoU will enhance conceptual and professional competencies of participants in the public and private sectors.

At an interactive session jointly held by the leadership of NIM, led by its President and Chairman of Council, Dr. Christiana Atako and Director-General of NPC, Dr. Kashim Akor, to usher in the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between both organisations, the duo said the deal will enhance the conceptual and professional competencies of the participants, who will be drawn from both public and private sectors.

Akor, who appreciated the leadership of NIM for its firm commitment to professionalism and managerial excellence, said with the collaboration will lead to an increase in inputs of the production process. NIM President, who also congratulated the Director-General of NPC, commended him on his focused leadership in stimulating productivity consciousness, determining productivity levels and promoting productivity movement in the country for the benefit of all sectors of Nigeria’s economy.

Atako also commended Akor on the enhancement of productivity in the informal sector for increased competitiveness.In this article
