Enough of mediocrity, even when the premise of the constitution justify it. Some few part of the constitution should hv gone obsolete since they dnt fit de survive of our present state. Long over due for a concrete amendment.
That is the constitution. Don't be lazy guys and ladies. There is nothing new in this. It has been in the constitution since 1999.
