According to the letter obtained by SaharaReporters on Saturday and copied the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Boss Mustapha, NANS stated that Lawal had turned her office to a conduit pipe for alleged corruption and siphoning of public funds. The students association noted that it authoritatively gathered that under Lawal, procurement contracts were awarded to companies with direct links to her person in clear contravention of the Public Procurement Act and brazen disregard for due process and desecration of the 1999 Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
“More disturbing is the fact that this company has been favoured with the award of many contracts worth billions just to serve your appetite for resource aggrandizement yet it did not end here as even when contracts were to be awarded to a different company other than the ones you have direct interest in, they are still forced and coerced to pay a certain percentage of the contract sums, in some instances up to 20% of such contracts approved sum goes to you as a form of kickback.
We have been hearing this 7 days ultimatum for over 7 years 😂 The funniest part is after the 7 days nothing has ever happened😂 Nigerians knows about all unah fraud and i hope efcc will not allow anyone in this govt travel until cleared.
