The Independent National Electoral Commission has lamented lack of interests in voting from Enugu State residents. He said this on Friday while briefing stakeholders ahead of the official start of PVCs collection, which is set to begin nationwide on December 12, 2022. “There is not going to be any incident form during the election. So, nobody will vote without his/her PVC,” he added.
