Similarly, 74-year-old Mrs Maryann Ogundele, who cast her vote at Iyin 1, Unit 003, Registration Area 010, Iyin Ekiti, also hailed the peaceful conduct of the poll at her unit.
Ogundele added, “I participated in this election for the betterment of the country. I expect that the election will bear good fruit for the country. Everything has been peaceful.” In another unit, the Nigerian Ambassador to the Netherlands, Dr Eniola Ajayi, lauded the Independent National Electoral Commission for the use of the Bimodal Voter Accreditation System.
