Ahmed said the removal of the subsidy anytime this year may worsen inflationary trends in the country. “Mr. President does not want to do that. What we are now doing is to continue with the ongoing discussions and consultations in terms of putting in place a number of measures.

These people have taken us for granted.....why can't we make our demands? Our demands should be: PMS/ litre 55, Gas/ kg 50, Electricity 11 per unit, If it ll take them to use our resources to pay for subsidies....let dem pay nd we ll enjoy for a period.
