Counting of ballots was still on in some polling units in Adamawa State capital, Yola, up to about 7pm Saturday when this report was done.

The electoral process had however been concluded in most polling units, including that of the Presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party , Alhaji Atiku Abubakar. At his Ajiya Ward 012 unit, he polled 282 votes against 57 votes for the APC, six for Labour party, and one for NNPP.
