Daily Trust reports that the house of representatives has asked the Central Bank of Nigeria to withdraw the circular on cybersecurity levy. The newspaper says Uba Sani, governor of Kaduna, has announced plans to relocate 359 schools from high-risk areas to safer communities within the state.
