The Nigerian Electricity Management Service Agency on Wednesday revealed that it has decentralized its meter testing activities with the operationalization of the Kaduna and Port Harcourt Meter Test Stations.

But representing Abuja Electricity Distribution Company at the meeting, Engr. Sadiq Abdullahi asked the Ewesor, who is also the Chief Electrical Inspector of the Federation, whether the agency would be able to cope with the demand for meter testing from the different DisCos. He ruled out the possibility of overwhelming the stations, adding that the agency could introduce shift for its personnel to cope with the high demand for testing when it becomes necessary.
