There has been resurgence in rape cases in recent times. In some of the cases, the perpetrators killed their victims after the dastardly crime.

This need to be addressed first

The proposed legislation to castrate rapists was shamelessly, vehemently & speedily rejected by the people that should have seized the opportunity to pass the law. 👎👎👎 I guess you cannot legislate against a crime you might be guilty of. castratedemmdfkrs.
