Wasahi said the agency seized 1,874 tons of illicit drugs and substances, which included cocaine, cannabis sativa, and methamphetamine , and prosecuted a total of 51 suspected drug offenders within the same period, while 85 cases were still pending in various courts. “Within the period under review, the Command has as well, counselled, treated, and rehabilitated 22 clients, including 52 brief interventions”, Wadahi said.
