Wow good move by zoogeria government, the government really want to turn the country to zoo where no communication takes place except kai,hee, sheee, huh,mow.wof wof.and many more.

Frankly speaking, shutting down all telecoms in Zamfara would help the bandits and oppressed the civilians. There is no way to contact security personep when you're under attack by the bandits.
