“Dikio has come at this juncture of history and we are very proud of him because he is doing very well. The Chairman of the Pan Niger Delta Forum, Emmanuel Essien, said it was heart-warming to see many ex-agitators who have shown interest in becoming entrepreneurs because of Dikio’s plans, reforms and strategies, adding that he should be empowered to complete the process of making the new dreams of ex-agitators a reality for sustainable peace and development of the region.
The spokesperson for the Ijaw Youths Council worldwide, Ebilade Ekerefe, said, “For us, Col. Dikio has been able to stabilise the programme and many stakeholders are very pleased with his strategies.
