Speaking with transport unions in a meeting in Lagos, Sowore said, “Our government will invest hugely in road infrastructure; we will establish a modern public bus transit system and for private transporters, we will subsidise the cost of buying buses. Sowore added that his government would also put an end to the shenanigans of notorious transport unions who had turned themselves into tools in the hands of the ruling All Progressives Congress and the Peoples Democratic Party politicians to disrupt elections.
