The Governor of Bauchi State, Bala Mohammed, has disclosed that security agencies have arrested some unnamed people for trying to cause division between Christians and Muslims in the state and thereby cause crises through campaign of calumny, mischief and treachery.
The governor, who first spoke with the CAN leaders and Christian leaders in the inner chamber before coming out to address the crowd outside, did not give further details. He also said a pastor was killed some weeks ago in a bid to cause crises in the state. He therefore, commended Christians in the state for exercising restraint by not carrying out a reprisal.
Mr Gov, it has always been the Muslims against Christians- not Christians against Muslims. It is the Muslims there who don't want Chtrstians to practise what Jesus Christ ask them to do- preach the gospel to ALL
