Lai Mohammed, who was in Katsina on a one-day working visit on Tuesday, said he was in the state with his team to learn how the governor is winning the war against banditry and other crimes in the state.
“We are not in any doubt that some of the measures that you have embarked upon have started yielding fruits,” Lai said Mr. Lai urged other states to emulate the strategies employed by the Katsina Governor and his counterparts to cripple the activities of bandits across the country.
