The arrest was carried out by Police operatives attached to Masaka Division, according to a statement issued by DSP Ramhan Nansel, the Nasarawa State Police Public Relations Officer on Thursday and made available to newsmen. According to Nansel, Ibrahim Isiaka, a resident of Riverside, Masaka, allegedly conspired with another individual to rob a commercial motorcyclist.
However, during the journey, Isiaka reportedly attacked the motorcyclist with a knife, cutting his throat and stealing the motorcycle. The statement said, 'While on transit, Ibrahim Isiaka used a knife and slit the throat of the commercial motorcyclist and snatched the motorcycle. “Police operatives swiftly rushed the victim to the hospital, where he was stabilized and responding to treatment.
