A statement by the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Mr. Taiwo Adisa, said Makinde arrived at the voting unit at 10.08 a.m. and cast his vote at about 10:15 a.m.The governor appreciated the people of Oyo State for coming out in good number to exercise their civic rights.He also described the voting process as “speedy and efficient,” while commending the electoral umpire, the Independent National Electoral Commission for the improvement noticed in the process.
