Governor Seyi Makinde of Oyo State on Tuesday confirmed another twenty-three new cases of Coronavirus in the state.
Makinde, who doubles as the head of the state’s COVID-19 task force stated this in a series of tweets on his verified Twitter account on Tuesday. The governor said the cases are from Ibadan South East , Lagelu , Oluyole , Ibadan North , Ido , Egbeda , Akinyele , Ona Ara and Ibadan South West Local Government Areas.
Makinde said, “The COVID-19 confirmation tests for twenty-three suspected cases came back POSITIVE. The cases are from Ibadan South East , Lagelu , Oluyole , Ibadan North , Ido , Egbeda , Akinyele , Ona Ara and Ibadan South West Local Government Areas.
