Oyo State Governor, Seyi Makinde has commiserated with the President, Sword of the Spirit Ministries, Bishop Francis Wale Oke, over the death of his mother, Mrs. Elizabeth Areola Oke.

Oke, who is also the President of the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria, received the governor at his residence in Ibadan. Speaking during the visit, Makinde expressed his condolences to the bishop and the entire Oke family.

In a statement by Media Bureau of the Sword of the Spirit Ministries, the governor said he and his team had been working tirelessly to put in place a formidable foundation upon which Oyo State is gradually being built to become an economically developed and viable state in the nearest future. The country’s manufacturing sector has further suffered more setbacks as one of its biggest players, Nigerian Breweries Plc, has suspended operations in two of its nine breweries.

The Made by Nigerians Project , dedicated to promoting and empowering homegrown brands, has expressed delight for participating at the ongoing Kaduna Food Festival. The Bibiani Books is set to hold a virtual session for the dedicatees of the Tragedy of Being Born Beautiful on Sunday, April 28, a discourse aimed at sampling their opinion about the work.
