In a letter dated May 2 and addressed to Adamu, Lukman said he did not violate any provision of the party’s constitution by instituting a suit against the chairman and Iyiola Omisore, APC national secretary. “[The suit] instituted primarily to arrest the looming danger of anarchy in the management of our party, which is actively being promoted by the national legal adviser for which he has the effrontery to recommend that,” the letter reads.
