In a world where technology is constantly changing and growing, it’s no surprise that education has had to adapt to keep pace. With the rise of online learning, traditional methods of education are no longer enough.

Let’s delve into the details and uncover the accomplishments achieved by taking a closer look at the analytics. The Favela Inc and LetMeSpeak partnership serves as a shining example of the power of the “Learn-and-Earn” model in education. 100 residents of Rocinha have been fully trained for all 90 days with the chance to learn English and earn rewards. The project was a success, with participants outperforming regular users in terms of training completion, session engagement, and earnings potential. Before participating in the project, 40% of participants had a level below A1, while 42% were at A1.
