Lebanese Embassy Suspends Issuance Of Working Visas To Nigerians

This decision was made following the video of a Nigerian lady auctioned by a non-Lebanese person via social media.

Amb. Diab stated that the suspension started since May 1, as a result of complaints of abuse by some employers, as well as the case of the video of Peace Busari, a Nigerian lady, auctioned for sale for $1000 on Social media in April this year, went viral. Thus far, the Ambassador said the Lebanese government in conjunction with the Lebanese community in Nigeria had brought back 69 out of 79 Nigerians allegedly stranded back to the country.

He assured that the Lebanese government will not condone maltreatment of foreign nationals and anyone found guilty will face the necessary penalty.

Good for Nigerians...no work in Lebanese all the girls going there in the Name of going to work end up prostitution. Nigeria government should not border to contend it. I know they will want to because they don't have brains.

There is no work in Lebanon, the visa suspended was a slavery visa

Good: enough of slave trade or pseudo slave trade

There's nothing in Lebanon, Nigerians go into farming and try to self sufficient. How long can keep running away.

But who on earth goes to Lebanon?

Nigeria should do same to them. News Flash; this government does not have the balls.

Yaba kyauta tukyici, please 🇳🇬 return a favor

Nawa He don reach like this

Please they should do the same thing to UAE, Oman and all the Arab countries, Nigerians are suffering in those countries

A country whose citizens auction Nigerians for sale on social media platforms

Negodu!

Let Nigerian government reciprocate the same .(do me I do you)
