Human Rights Lawyer, Mr Femi Falana has warned that law abiding Nigerians should not be harrassed by security operatives and law enforcement agents.
The legal practitioner in a communique on Wednesday said, the Nigeria Police Force invaded the secretariat of the Committee for the Defence of Human Rights and sealed off the place in Lagos.
“Last week, the Federal High Court turned down the application for the renewal of its order for the detention of Agba Jalingo and Ekanem Ekpo for 14 days. “Mr Abayomi Olawale, who was arrested on August 5, 2019, has been detained for 45 days by the DSS without any court order whatsoever.
We photocopied US of everything they do apart for one thing we refused to copy from them because the nothing big head guys knows is gonna be against them. They refused to copy how the power is shared equally among the governments and ordinary citizens of the country. Awon oloshi
This government want to silence everybody naija need to wake up against a tyrant government
The same Fulani that has penchant for proscribing groups terrorist organization lighting speed could negotiate with bokoharam turned bandits!
Betrayal in-chief. Don't mind him. Why is he not occupying Ojota again.
.
So Buhari government negotiating with bandits and terrorist can bring peace in the North and country at Large so be.
The Buhari led government is not the first to start such negotiation, I can remember when Yaradua of blessed memory came on board he entered into negotiation with militant and he was able to return peace in the Niger Delta.
If the lawyer no talk wel,l him no go chop
Buhari is the best president ever. He has no faults and Nigeria is only 'lucky' to have him.Buhari forever 😁😂😀
Las las you go get sense.
A regime that pardons repentant terrorists and enrol boko haram terrorists in the Nigerian army .
Will they hear, instead they will come for your head
This is Nigeria but is ok with us no work
Trigger pulled 🔥 🔥🔥🔥💃💃😝
Tinubu's puppet
Always on point
What happened to the TRUE Federalism campaign of 2015 by Falana, Tinubu, Fashola, Osibanjo Bakare SAWORE etc. Bring it back..
For his same client. Falana was among those campaigning for Amnesty for militants &they got it. He was alive when on Sat 30th (10:30 am) June 2014 pres Obama after negotiated with Taliban for the release of Sargent Bowe B exchange 5 high profile Taliban Commanders.
He was disappointed for not been appointed as Minister of Justice, the rum our was high. He secured injunction for El Zazaky to proceed to Indian for medical treatemn4but the man showed his true color over there and disgraced Falana &co. The same Falana is asking for another trip
donphiloman Looooooooooool! Daddy mbok rest. Listen to your son sing. Your next tweet will still defend Mr. Buhari.
True sir
It is not new regimes negotiating with bandits and terrorists. Your Gods, USA is negotiating with Aghanistan’s Talaban and UK negotiated with IRA, and you have not registered any protest there.
Thank you Sir for speaking out
Nigerian leaders are mumu, hardships leads to Banditary, they brought money & start negotiating with bandits. Now, the FG is creating another hardship regime by increasing VAT, bank transaction fares etc. When we are already crying hardship. May God release his wrath of the FG
They promised CHANGE but nothing has changed
I was wondering where SAN has been to since his client was incarcerated. I hope the NGRPresident adhere.
Spot On.
SERAPNigeria Americans negotiated with taliban hobnobbing with North Korea which they once labeled as rogue state and very soon they will sit with Iran. What do you people know about ruling but only criticize
Right words but I guess you and those being dealt with now midwifed this regime to live by spreading lies on the other regime now the chicken has come home to roost. You need to endure it while it last. From day 1 I knew nothing good was going to come out of the APC/BUHARI regime
Even Trump is negotiating with the Taliban!
Militant was once negotiated too in Nigeria
It's very embarrassing
Nice one SAN
Yes sir, our government are toothless against banditry and terrorism but suddenly develop sharp teeth to bite the few people that stand up against this next level of inept governance.... This administration still possess the autocratic trait of the military government
All these so called intellect self, which base are u🤔common man have been turn to a Toy🤒
You are right sir. The same govt negotiate with bandits, kidnappers and Terrorists but turn to harassed, intimidate, arrest and lock up law abiding citizens.... I don't understand were we are heading
What do you expect, when you lawyers and judges have decided to support a tyrant government across the country because of your greediness, until Nigerian judges and lawyers are ready to call spade a spade Nigeria would not be a better place
Gbam
If ours is a society that values human lives those whose lives were cut short rudely by these bandits shouldn't be forgotten just like that. How can it be explained that a govt is negotiating with criminals who wasted people's lives and the government is celebrating them.
Boom.
Falana should stop this and walk the talk, the likes of Soyinka, Bakare, Odumakin and notable Nigerians were at the forefront in 2010 during protest against cabal and this gave us (the youngs one) confidence and it was a success because the security couldn't do anything.
Hope they understand, the greed in them won't let them.
By the time Buhari finish with Nigerians they will borrow sense by force.🏃♂️🏃♂️
You deserve it, because you supported this evil government before ascending the throne of power
We need to suspend the constitution to enable the president do his work effectively.
All what the Yoruba do is to make noise on the news.beat the drum of war and they will go hiding.stupid set of people ,weak and coward.
AWTambuwal take note
Enjoy your next level mr Falana
obyezeks I love SAN FALANA
I think age is beginning to catch up on Falana.
I concur
President Buhari is worse that a terrorist.
Has he left his political camp(APC)?
🙄🙄nah now Falz father dey talk..... He's the only Attorney I trust in the whole Naija....it's quite unfortunate they really negotiate with Bandits, it's gonna encourage others to join bcz it seems they only understand the language of violence
We are now in a banana Republic.
I blame Nigerians;I’m not ☝️
Regime that patronize and negotiates with bandits and terrorists yet the fight citizens with the security agents.
US just invited Talibans to WH- David Camp for negotiation few weeks ago. That hasn’t stop US Govt from prosecuting criminals & others who broke their laws. Falana is loosing it
Thank you sir 🙌You are the voice of the oppressed 🙌🙌
My greatest concern is that this evil president named MBuhari has a vice president that claimed to be a lawyer. But unfortunately, the acclaimed Pastor&lawyer cannot responsibly protect the rule of law&fundamental rights of every citizen. I regret being ever called a Nigerian☹
What have you done about this Sir RIPGANIFAWEYINMI
Na today?
Ebelebe!
But Sir what are u doing to these ooohhhhh i miss chief Gani Fawayinmi baba rest in peace
Kunmi_21 Somebody shuu increase the volume
How I wish they revoke Nigeria Independecy.
They are only encouraging us to take up arms....cos this administration can’t deal with criticism, but can make a deal with criminals...and the judges said buhari is educated
They're not negotiating with them, they're only tryna empower them with financial support. It's part of d next level agenda. Kidnapping is a bankable business at d moment, in Nigeria. Buhari has changed Nigeria as promised, we're now enjoying 24hours power supply,&100% security.
Psychodec A regime you helped to install. Pls Falana should tell us another story.
Thank you very much sir, I only wish you stay consistent with the people. Not standing in different places.
samsonlek1 Please what's the reason for this additional bank charges?
this is a lawless country my dear SAN
