The Assembly, at its plenary presided over by the Speaker, Rt Hon Emomotimi Guwor, received a 15 paged report on the matter from the Chairman of the Public Petition Committee, Mr Mathew Omanade. The lawmakers condemned the alleged use of force and threat by some persons in taking over the 38 plots of 50 feet by 100 feet out of the 80 plots belonging to the petitioner and it members.
