The Lagos State Government has rescheduled the 2023 promotion exercise for staff of the state's civil service.

The Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Establishments and Training, Mr Olawale Musa, made the announcement in a statement on Monday.

“The new date for the commencement of the exercise for the categories of officers is now 17th July 2023, for those in the mainstream and 24th July 2023 for those in parastatal and agencies,” the statement said. Musa, who explained that the shift became imperative in order to put logistics in place to ensure a hitch-free exercise, expressed regrets over the inconvenience the shift in the date might cause.All rights reserved.
