“A 56-year-old Nigerian who recently returned from the United States has died of coronavirus-related complications.”

“A 56-year-old Nigerian who recently returned from the United States has died of coronavirus-related complications. This brings the total number of #COVID19 related deaths in Lagos to six,” Lagos State health commissioner Akin Abayomi said.

The total number of confirmed cases in the state currently stands at 192 and 61 persons have so far been discharged. He urged “Lagos residents to remain on alert across communities and obey instructions aimed at containing the spread of #COVID-19 infection.”
