Lagos State has recorded 62 fresh coronavirus infections as the total lockdown in the state ends Sunday,reports that the gradual easing of lockdown in the nation’s commercial capital begins Monday, Ma

y 4, as ordered by the President, Major General Muhammadu Buhari .on Saturday night disclosed that the total confirmed cases in the state had risen to 1068, about half of the total infections reported in the country.

As Lagos enters the phased easing of lockdown some twenty-four hours from the time of filing this report, Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu has issued a number of guidelines to further prevent the community transmission of the lethal virus.
