In a similar development, other aspirants such as David Adebanji Jimoh, a former Commissioner for Finance; Asiwaju Ashiru Idris; Okala Yakubu, and Momoh Jubril have also withdrawn from the governorship race. This kind of madness of anointed candidate from governor, particularly the serving civil servants is absurd. Is it lawful for serving civil servants to be a card carrying member of political parties? How can someone in the office as an auditor general contesting election?
O Lord God, show mercy and dissipate this evil cloud about to envelope our dear country Nigeria. It must not succeed in the Mighty Name of Jesus! Amen.
