Kebbi Governor, Atiku Bagudu, says the state government will use funds provided under a World Bank assisted programme, AGILE, to revamp school infrastructure across the state. Nigeria Kebbi WorldBank

AGILE is Adolescent Girls Initiative for Learning and Empowerment, a World Bank Assisted Programme to help improve the secondary education of girls in targeted areas.

Bagudu said his administration would provide the needed atmosphere conducive for effective teaching and learning across the state. Bagudu also challenged staff and management of schools in the state to be involved in the execution of projects by contractors. He also expressed delight with the impressive performance of the students of the school in the last National Examination Council and West African Examinations Council .Earlier, the school Head Girl, Maryam Shehu, expressed joy with the visit of the governor.
