The case between the Secretary to the Government of Katsina State (SGS), Mustapha Inuwa, and whistle blower, Mahadi Shehu of Dialogue Computers, has

reached another level as the State High Court admitted additional documents as evidence in the matter against the latter.

The SGS is seeking redress against the whistleblower whom he is accusing of character assassination and defamation. However, the counsel to the SGS, SA Ibrahim, While speaking with newsmen after the ruling said the rejected evidence does not in anyway hamper or underscore the chances of the first respondent to bring Mahadi Shehu to pay for the alleged defamation of character levied against him as scores of other evidences already admitted.
