The Nigeria Customs Service (NCS), Katsina State Command, yesterday, said it collected N179.2 million in revenue for the month of November this year.

In the period under review, the service also intercepted smuggled items with a Duty Paid Value of more than N119 million. Comptroller of the command, Chedi Wada, told newsmen that the revenue collected showed increase of N58 million from October’s N121 million.

He said 70 cylinders of Liquefied Petroleum Gas, 25 bales of used clothing and seven sacks of children’s wears with DPV of N5.3 million, N1.5 million and N252,000 respectively.
