The Medicine dealers, although agreed to obey the relocation order, challenged NAFDAC, PCN, and Police from mounting surveillance on their properties at Sabon Gari and Mallam Kato. “The other matter is unseal and release of dealers goods at Sabon Gari and Mallam Kato premises. Immediately after the Judgment of Justice Simon Amoneda, security operatives by the order of NAFDAC and PCN has took over the old premises preventing the dralers from evacuating their products.

The Nigerian government recently claimed that President Bola Tinubu secured an investment of $600 million from Danish shipping and logistics company, A.P Moller-Maersk, to expand existing port infrastructure to accommodate more container shipping services to Nigerian ports.
